Policies
Shipping
All orders placed online will ship within 2 business days. If, for any reason there is a delay, a notification will be sent via email within 1 business day of the order being placed. For questions regarding orders, an email — including the order number — should be sent to: weborders@smudgeink.com.
All orders are shipped via UPS. The shipping status of orders can be tracked at www.ups.com using the tracking number emailed to the customer at the time of shipment.
Returns
All returns, including defective items, must be returned within 15 business days of the receipt of the order. In order to receive full credit, the product must be in perfect, resalable condition.
If a customer receives defective or erroneous items due to a mishap or oversight on the part of Smudge Ink, the customer will be credited the full amount of the item(s) plus shipping costs.
Payment
Currently, Visa and Mastercard are accepted for online orders.
Product Availability
On occasion, certain items sell out. The website is updated regularly to reflect such changes. All inquiries regarding product availability should be emailed to: weborders@smudgeink.com.
Privacy
Information gathered on the Smudge Ink website is used only by Smudge Ink, Inc. for the purposes of order fulfillment and to add to the Smudge Ink mailing list. Such information is not shared except with a secure, third party credit card processor. The third party company will not share information gathered on the Smudge Ink website with any other party.
