The days are short and the holidays are upon us. I can hardly believe 2021 is already winding down. In our studio, many things have changed since December 2020. Hannah's in the press room and production is in full swing. Amy and Michele are both working hard to fulfill all of your orders. Ally's creating beautiful cards for our next release! I've been rolling wrap, managing orders, shuffling to and from the post office, and enjoying the wonderful people I get to work with every day.
This year came with new challenges. Supply chain holdups had us wringing our hands as we anxiously awaited paper, envelope, packaging materials, and shipping carton deliveries. We problem solved, substituted, and somehow managed to ship hundreds of thousands of cards and thousands of rolls of wrap to our retail partners and customers like you.
