All online orders ship within 2-3 business days of the order being placed (excludes custom orders). Our holiday closures are listed below. We ship via USPS and UPS from our studio in Boston, Massachusetts. Shipping options and charges depend on the weight and destination of your order.
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you via email. Your shipping and tracking number (if applicable) will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. You can use your tracking number on the UPS website or the USPS website to track your order.
International shipping is also available. We ship to customers outside of the US via USPS. Any fees and taxes levied by the destination country for customs clearance are your responsibility.
We strive to provide 100% satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your order, please return merchandise within 15 business days of the date of receipt. We will issue you an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs) once we receive the returned item(s) in its original condition and packaging. Used, opened, or final-sale items cannot be returned. If you should receive merchandise that was damaged, defective, or sent in error due to a mistake on our end, we will credit you the full amount along with shipping costs. Please note: this does not apply to custom orders.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for payment.
All orders placed within the state of Massachusetts are subject to 6.25% sales tax. Orders shipped to all other states are exempt from sales tax. If this is an international order, you will be responsible for all customs fees and taxes.
We do our best to make sure the items on our website are in stock. However, items may sell out and be unavailable on occasion. We will email you should anything be back ordered. Likewise, if you are unable to find a product of ours please let us know and we can notify you when we expect to be restocked.
Our studio is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
