Rita's Goldfinches

Hello Team Smudge! Our mom Rita received these Goodale goldfinches for Mom's Day this year (hmm, from who I wonder?😸). The finches have flown all over the United States filled with thank yous, happy birthdays and well wishes to family and dear friends. 'Twas a bit of a goldfinch emergency when we ran out of cards, so this re-order was a must! + we love e.b. goodale's originals👍🏼

About Letterpress

When letterpress printing, a piece of paper is pressed onto inked polymer plates, leaving both color and an impression on the paper. To achieve multiple colors on a card, we change the plates and ink between each impression. We use three Heidelberg presses to print all of our letterpress products in our Acton, Massachusetts studio.
