Happy New Year

These are lovely simple, yet celebratory, New Year's cards. I always end up with a need to send some cards after the December holidays, so I like to have New Year's cards on hand. Although the description mentions the sequins "shimmering like gold," I was happy that the ink is matte and not metallic-shiny. A nice design.
As always, Smudge Ink cards arrive beautifully packaged, and even though you are going to send the cards to other people, you feel like you are the one who got a gift.

About Letterpress

When letterpress printing, a piece of paper is pressed onto inked polymer plates, leaving both color and an impression on the paper. To achieve multiple colors on a card, we change the plates and ink between each impression. We use three Heidelberg presses to print all of our letterpress products in our Acton, Massachusetts studio.
